Bangladesh is an agricultural country where more than 70% depend on agro-industry. Agro-ecological conditions are complex in most parts of Bangladesh. Most of the people here depend directly on the production of their own farms for survival. The country’s agriculture is complex, conventional, labor-intensive, and has a low technological and resource base. As per the report on the Agro wastage and sustainability report, 69-81% solid waste are food wastage because of the conventional farming with uncontrolled production, dependence on the act of GOD, lack of weather forecast, no mechanism of precision farming, primitive pest control, un orthodox fertilization and alarming usage of pesticides not only generates wastage of food but also compromises the food safety.
Also AAA start ups is also developing its online market place through connecting the farmers to one platform for buy and sell thus removing the middlemen syndrome of the ecosystem. Company believes with its hands on experience in agro for the past 4 years and resources on board is now ready to embark the journey of Smart Farming to ensure further food safety, sustainability, operational excellence and revenue generations for the betterment of farmers as well as the agricultural industry.
